To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. IMPORTANT! - Installation of larger tires will require Rough Country's Speedometer Calibrator SKU: 90009. Tire and Wheel Details 18-inch or larger wheels are required. If wider than 35x12.50 R20 tires are used offset wheels will be required and trimming may be required. Please test fit wheels prior to installation. Rough Country 17431 is a 7-inch knuckle-style lift kit for 2014–2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD, plus the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD. Confirm your stock control arms first: cast aluminum, cast steel, and stamped steel all matter here. Denali, Denali Ultimate, and eAssist (ECO Hybrid) trucks are excluded.
Coverage runs from WT through High Country on the 2014–2018 Silverado 1500, takes in the SSV, and includes GMC Sierra and Sierra 1500 in SLE and SLT trim plus the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD. Cutting and drilling are required, and the front differential mass damper has to come off to clear the lowered differential. Wheels must be 18 inches or larger; anything wider than 35x12.50 R20 calls for offset wheels and possibly trimming, and keeping the factory wheels means adding a 0.25 inch spacer, part 1065. Larger tires need speedometer calibrator 90009. Shipping weight: 203.55 lb.
