The M1 build of Rough Country's 7-inch 2WD lift for the Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 swaps in an M1 loaded strut pair up front and an M1 monotube shock pair out back. Plan on cutting and drilling, 18-inch or larger wheels, and no fitment on Denali, Denali Ultimate, or eAssist trucks.
Fitment on this 7-inch kit covers 2014–2018 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 2WD trucks, along with the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD in Custom, LT, and WT trim. The stock control arm material matters here — cast aluminum, cast steel, and stamped steel are not interchangeable, so verify yours first. Installation involves cutting and drilling. Tire choices above 35x12.50 R20 will need offset wheels and may need trimming, and a speedometer calibrator, SKU 90009, goes with any larger-tire setup.
