7-Inch Vertex 2.5 Lift Kit, fitment-checked
The Vertex build of Rough Country's 7-inch lift for 2016–2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD. Four Vertex 2.5 shocks — adjustable up front, matched units at the rear — take over damping duty, backed by forged upper control arms, skid plates, and crossmembers. Trucks need stamped steel lower control arms; Denali, Denali Ultimate, and eAssist models do not fit.
Running the 7-inch lift on the 2016–2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD, this kit hands damping duty to Vertex 2.5 units: two adjustable fronts and two rears sized for the 7-inch height. Crossmembers, a control arm drop kit, front and lower skid plates, a rear block box, and forged upper control arms fill out the rest. Confirm the truck has stamped steel lower control arms — cast aluminum and cast steel arms will not work — and note that Denali, Denali Ultimate, and eAssist models are excluded.
