Rough Country 1055 is a stinger bar for the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. It bolts to the Rough Country XJ winch bumper 1057 only — never to a factory bumper — and it uses the same mounting points as the 1056 light bar, so the bumper takes one or the other.
A stinger bar arcs up off the front bumper to keep the nose clear of obstacles on steep approaches, and this one is cut specifically to the Rough Country XJ winch bumper 1057 on the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee. It is not a standalone accessory: without that bumper underneath, there is nothing to bolt it to. Plan the front end as a package before ordering, because the stinger and the 1056 light bar compete for the same mounting points and only one can be fitted at a time. The finish is the same black carbon powder coat as the bumper, and a downloadable installation guide is available. Shipping weight: 25 lb.
