This dual cat-back system uses mandrel-bent 16 gauge 409 stainless tubing tuned specifically for the Tacoma, a 304 stainless muffler, and dual-wall 304 black tips stamped with the RC logo. It installs in the factory hangers with 304 stainless clamps — no welding — in about 2-3 hours.
Engine first: this dual cat-back only covers 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma models with the 3.5L, across SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro, Trail, Trail Special Edition, and Limited in 4WD and RWD. The pipe is mandrel-bent 16 gauge 409 stainless, the muffler and tips are 304 stainless, and the tips are dual-wall black with the RC logo. Everything hangs from the factory hangers with 304 stainless clamps, which keeps welding out of the picture. A downloadable installation guide covers the 2-3 hour job.
