Mandrel bending is the detail that matters on a cat-back: the tube keeps its full diameter through every curve rather than crushing at the bends, which is where a cheaply formed system loses flow. The pipe here is 409 stainless in 16 gauge, feeding a 304 stainless muffler and dual-wall 304 high-temp black tips carrying the RC logo. Assembly is with 304 stainless clamps, so nothing needs welding. Single cab trucks are excluded, as are 2WD crew cabs with the factory two-piece driveshaft.
