Front Bumper End Caps for Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2017)

Front Bumper End Caps, fitment-checked

Rough Country 1047 turns the factory front bumper on a 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler into a stubby one. You cut 11.5 inches off each end and close the exposed ends with molded nylon caps, which pulls the bumper back behind the front tires and improves the approach angle.

This is a trim-and-cap kit rather than a replacement bumper. You remove 11.5 inches from each end of the factory front bumper on a 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler, then finish the cut ends with the supplied caps. The result tucks the bumper behind the front tires for a better approach angle and more room for larger tires, without adding the weight of a full steel swap. The caps are molded from a durable nylon material rather than painted steel, so trail contact does not start a rust problem. Rough Country lists the work at 1-2 hours and a downloadable installation guide is available.
