Rough Country 268.23 is a 3.5-inch lift kit for 2007–2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 two-wheel-drive trucks. The box ships with a loaded 3.5-inch strut pair and an N3 shock pair, so the front struts do not have to be taken apart during the build. It does not fit 2007 "Classic" models, and minor cutting and drilling is part of the job.

Contents are a loaded 3.5-inch strut pair matched to Chevy/GMC 1500 trucks and SUVs plus a rear N3 shock pair, which raises the front to even out the factory rake.
