Requires cutting and grinding. This kit fits models with both cast steel or aluminum factory control arms. Please use our 3.5" knuckle kit. To ensure proper fit please confirm if the stock control arms are cast aluminum cast steel or stamped steel. New lift block replaces the factory equipped block. To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. Models retaining factory wheels are advised to run no wider than a 11.5" wide tire. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

The kit pairs a loaded strut assembly with forged upper control arms rated for 2.5-3.5 inch of lift, and a rear block that takes the place of the factory one. Cutting and grinding are part of the install.
This 3.5-inch lift kit for the 2007-2013 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 4WD works with trucks running cast steel or cast aluminum factory upper control arms only — confirm which arms your truck has before ordering, since stamped steel arms need the 3.5-inch knuckle kit instead. It also rules out 2014-2016 Denali models with Magnetic Ride Control and any truck with the eAssist package. A front-differential mass damper, where fitted, has to come out during the install. Trucks keeping factory wheels should stay at or under an 11.5-inch tire width, or add a 0.25-inch spacer (SKU 1065).
