Requires cutting and grinding. This kit fits models with both cast steel or aluminum factory control arms. Please use our 3.5" knuckle kit. To ensure proper fit please confirm if the stock control arms are cast aluminum cast steel or stamped steel. New lift block replaces the factory equipped block. To ensure adequate clearance when lowering the differential models equipped with a mass damper on the front differential must be removed. Models retaining factory wheels are advised to run no wider than a 11.5" wide tire. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

Confirm whether your factory upper control arms are cast aluminum or cast steel first — trucks with stamped steel arms need the 3.5-inch knuckle kit instead. Cutting and grinding are part of the job.
This 3.5-inch lift kit for the 2007-2013 Silverado 1500 4WD and 2007-2013 Sierra 1500 4WD/AWD (Sierra listings also cover 2010-2013 SLE and SLT) pairs M1 valving front and rear with red forged upper control arms and a fabricated steel rear block that takes the place of the factory block. Differential drop hardware keeps front axle angles in check. It does not cover stamped steel control arm trucks, 2014-2016 Denali models with Magnetic Ride Control, or eAssist hybrid packages, and a front differential mass damper must come off during the build.
