Rough Country 43430 is a 3-inch lift kit for 2023–2026 Ford Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around an N3 shock package with radius arm drop brackets, a rear block and U-bolt set. It bolts on to raise the front and even out factory rake. It does not fit dually trucks, trucks with 4-inch rear axle tubes, or the Tremor Factory Trim Package, and a factory top-mount overload spring has to come off during the install.
