Rough Country 50658 is a 4.5-inch lift kit for 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. It is built around Vertex 2.5 adjustable front coilovers covering the 4.5in-6in range, a V2 monotube shock pair, a front CV drive shaft, and fabricated rear blocks with U-bolts. Gas, dually, manual-shift transfer case, and Tremor trucks are outside the fitment.
Because this 4.5-inch lift kit for the 2017–2022 Ford Super Duty 4WD is a diesel-only application, the box ships with a front CV drive shaft alongside the coilover conversion hardware. Vertex 2.5 adjustable front coilovers handle the front lift, a V2 monotube shock pair covers the rear, and fabricated anti-axle-wrap blocks with U-bolts set the rear height. F-250 and F-350 trims from XL through Limited are supported. Your truck must have the factory contact overload springs at the rear; 10-speed transmission trucks need the dial pin taken out.
