ONLY fits models with 52" rear leaf springs. If vehicle is equipped with a front sway-bar drop brackets are recommended SKU: 1019. Rear Spring Measurement: To confirm rear spring size a measurement will have to be pulled from eyelet to eyelet. Vehicles with factory quad shocks (2 front shocks per side) will simply use a single aftermarket shock. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

4-Inch Lift Kit with N3 Shocks, fitment-checked
Rough Country 19530 lifts Chevrolet and GMC 4WD trucks and SUVs by 4 inches on application-specific front and rear leaf springs. A raised steering arm brings the steering geometry back where it belongs, and the N3 shocks are valved for the application. It suits only trucks running 52-inch rear leaf springs, so measure eyelet to eyelet before ordering. There is room for tires up to 35 inches.
Height here comes from the spring packs themselves rather than from blocks, which is why the box is heavy and why the install runs 6 to 8 hours. A raised steering arm, a front installation kit and a universal U-bolt kit come with the N3 shock pairs. Two checks come before anything else: confirm the rear springs measure 52 inches eyelet to eyelet, and if the truck wears a front sway bar, plan on drop brackets. Trucks built with factory quad shocks simply run one shock per side once this kit is on. A downloadable installation guide is available.
