Same trucks as the shallow-lift pair — 1973-1978 Blazer, K10 and K20 at 7200 GVWR or less — but cut for 6-8 in. of lift. On a truck that tall the shorter line runs out of slack before the axle finishes travelling, which is the whole reason for a second part number.

Lift height is the variable this part number changes. The vehicle list is the early GM 4WD range, 1973-1978, at 7200 GVWR or less; what differs is the length, sized for 6-8 in. rather than 3-4 in. That distinction is not cosmetic — a line cut for a moderate lift will go tight at full droop on a tall truck and either restrict travel or fail. If you are unsure which band your build lands in, measure at full droop rather than guessing from the kit name. Supplied as a pair for the front axle.
