Rough Country 27531 is a 4-inch lift kit built for Trail Boss and AT4 versions of the 2019–2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 4WD. It ships as a multi-box kit with a high-clearance crossmember, front skid plate, cast steering knuckles, fabricated rear blocks, and application-valved N3 series shocks. Factory wheels will not clear; aftermarket wheels 20 inches or larger with 4.5in backspacing are required.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 2019–2024 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 4WD is limited to Trail Boss and AT4 trucks, plus the Silverado 1500 LTD and Sierra 1500 Limited applications shown in the fitment table. It does not fit diesel models, GMC Denali trucks with Magnetic Ride Control, or 2019 Classic trucks carrying the previous body style. Cutting and drilling are part of the job, and the struts do not need to be disassembled. Kit boxes cover the crossmember, front components, driver and passenger knuckles, and a full front skid.
