Rough Country 465B.20 is a 4-inch lift kit with an N3 shock package for 1980–1996 Ford Bronco 4WD and 1984–1990 Bronco II 4WD applications. It combines lifted front coils with drop brackets and 3-inch rear blocks. Extended brake lines are advised, and sway bar drop brackets are called out separately by part number. Vehicles with factory quad shocks require kit 465B33 instead of this one.

This 4-inch lift kit for the 1980–1996 Ford Bronco 4WD also covers the 1984–1990 Bronco II 4WD submodels shown in the fitment section. The front side brings lifted coil springs, radius arm and I-beam drop brackets, a power steering pitman arm, a steering stabilizer, and hardware; the rear uses 3-inch lift blocks with U-bolts. Extended brake lines are advised. Sway bar drop brackets are recommended separately — SKU 1018 up front, SKU 1200 out back — and factory quad shock trucks need kit 465B33.
