The kit ships with an N3 shock pair, a 5-inch loaded strut pair, knuckles, a high-clearance crossmember, and fabricated rear blocks. Wheels must be 18 inches or larger; keeping the factory wheels calls for a 0.25 in wheel spacer, part 1065. Minor cutting and drilling is part of the job.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2007-2013 Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500 2WD covers WT, LS, LT, LTZ and XFE trims on the Chevrolet side and WT, SL, SLE, SLT and XFE on the GMC side. The boxed contents include a loaded strut pair, an N3 shock pair, replacement knuckles and a high-clearance crossmember, so no driveline or exhaust changes are called for and the factory front skid plate is reused.
