Rough Country 26231 is a 5-inch lift kit for the 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD and 2007–2013 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD/AWD, built to level out factory rake and clear 33-inch tires on stock 20-inch wheels. Minor cutting and drilling are part of the job, wheels must be 18 inches or larger to clear the supplied knuckles, and the 2007 "Classic" body style is not covered.

This 5-inch lift kit for the 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 ships as five boxed groups: the universal kit box, a high-clearance crossmember box, knuckles, a loaded strut pair, and an N3 shock pair with application-tuned valving. Fabricated blocks and laser-cut brackets handle the rear. Plan on minor cutting and drilling during installation, and note that AWD trucks need aftermarket driveshaft 5083.1 to address post-lift vibration.
