Rough Country 27220A is a 6-inch lift kit for supported 1999-2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks, including HD and Classic applications. Torsion bars stay in their factory location, and the rear uses a fabricated lift block. Frame bracket and differential modification are part of the install, and 1999 old body style trucks are not covered.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 1999-2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD also covers Silverado 1500 HD, Sierra 1500 HD, the 1999 K1500, and the 2007 Classic body trucks listed in the fitment section, plus Autotrac-equipped models. The design keeps torsion bars and axle position at factory settings, and reuses the original compression travel stops. Plan on frame bracket and differential modification; factory-painted bumpers need the valance and bumper trimmed. Shocks are configurable, with N3, V2 Monotube, and M1 Monotube choices.
