Rough Country 578.20 is a 6-inch lift kit for gas-engine 2005–2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks, built around application-valved N3 series shocks. It bolts on without cutting, though the exhaust has to be modified for front driveshaft clearance. Diesel models, dually models, and trucks with rear overload springs are outside the fitment.
N3 shocks set this 6-inch lift kit apart for the 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty 4WD, and the rest of the box backs them up: a 6-inch coil box, upper radius arm drop bracket kit, lower arms, an add-a-leaf, and a 3-inch block and U-bolt kit for the rear. Fitment spans F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD in XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, and Harley-Davidson Edition trim.
