The base configuration of the modular pre-runner front bumper for the 2016-2023 Tacoma: bumper, skid plate, forged black D-ring pair and the small stinger kit, with no winch or light bar in the box. The winch mounting plate is pre-installed, so a winch can be added later without changing the bumper.

This is the starting point of the Tacoma pre-runner range and the lightest of the eighteen configurations at 117.6 lb boxed. What ships is the bumper itself, the skid plate kit, a forged D-ring pair in black and the small stinger kit that is shared with the 4Runner. There is no winch and no light bar, but neither door is closed: the winch mounting plate comes pre-installed and the trim panels are cut for the optional 20-inch light bar. Fitting it means trimming the factory plastic bumper and drilling. Finish is black powder coat.
