These N3 rear shocks fit the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee in both 4WD and RWD form, across Base, Sport, Laredo, Limited, Classic, Country, Chief, Pioneer, Briarwood, and SE trims listed in the fitment section. Check your lift height first — the valving is matched to 4.5-6 in of suspension lift, so stock-height and small-lift Cherokees need a different shock. Each N3 uses a 35mm piston in a 54mm body on a chromed 18mm rod, with 10-stage variable valving and high-pressure nitrogen to limit fade. Feed install time is listed at 1-2 hours for the pair.
