This N3 rear shock pair fits the 1994–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 in 4WD and RWD form and the 1994–2002 Ram 3500 in 4WD, but only on trucks set up with 4–4.5 in of suspension lift. Check your current lift height before ordering. The damper uses a 54mm body for heat shedding, an 18mm chromed hardened rod, and a spring-loaded rod seal, with military-spec fluid rated to -40 degrees Celsius and a 36kN tensile rating. Rubber bushings quiet the mount. Rough Country lists installation at 1-2 hours for the pair.
