Each shock uses a 54mm body with a 35mm piston and a chromed, hardened 18mm rod, with 10-stage variable valving handling the damping and high-pressure nitrogen keeping fade down. Military-spec fluid is rated to -40 degrees Celsius, and the housing carries a 36kN tensile rating. Rubber bushings and a spring-loaded rod seal round out the build.
