Fabric weight is the number that matters on a replacement top, and this is a 23 ounce vinyl-coated polyester cotton — heavy enough to hold its shape rather than drum and sag as the temperature swings. Seams are heat-tape sealed for a water-tight join, and the vinyl windows are DOT-approved at 31% tint, which meets both U.S. and European rules. It is built to factory original specifications and reuses the original hardware, so the bows and rails must still be there. Full steel door models are excluded. Install runs 1-2 hours and it carries a 3-year limited warranty.
