Black MAX Shock for Jeep Wrangler JK at 4-5 Inches of Lift

Black MAX Shock, fitment-checked

Black MAX damping at 26.80 in. extended and 15.91 in. collapsed, for a JK at 4-5 in. Skyjacker builds shocks to these same dimensions in the Hydro and Nitro lines, so the series is the actual choice.

Three of Skyjacker's damper families converge on this exact size for the JK, which means picking between them is a decision about construction rather than fit. This is the Black Max: conventional twin-tube with the series black boot. Dimensions are 26.80 in. extended and 15.91 in. collapsed, band 4-5 in. Coverage is the 2007-2017 Wrangler in 4WD and the 2018 Wrangler JK in Sport, Sahara and Rubicon. 6 lb boxed.
