Black Max Shock for Near-Stock Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018)

Black Max Shock, fitment-checked

For a JK that is stock or barely raised. The band is 0-1 in., which covers a Wrangler on factory springs and one carrying nothing more than a levelling spacer. It wears the Black Max black boot and fits the 2007-2017 Wrangler plus the 2018 Wrangler JK.

A Wrangler at or near factory height needs a shorter shock than a lifted one, and fitting a lift-height unit to a stock Jeep leaves the suspension topping out before the spring is done. This Black Max is listed at 0-1 in., which is the band for a JK on original springs or with a small levelling correction. Coverage is the 2007-2017 Wrangler and the 2018 Wrangler JK in Sport, Sahara and Rubicon. Skyjacker names the black boot in the part description itself. 6.45 lb boxed.
