Traction Bar Kit, fitment-checked
Built for 2008–2016 Ford F-250 and F-250 Super Duty 4WD trucks in the 0 to 3 inch lift range, Rough Country 51005 ties the rear axle down so it stops wrapping and hopping under power. The bars use rubber bushings and a threaded adjustable end, and the rear u-bolts must sit in the factory position, installed from above the axle. Mounting hardware is included.
Fitment runs across F-250 and F-250 Super Duty 4WD trims — XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, FX4, Cabela's, and Harley-Davidson Edition — as listed in the fitment table. Check two things on your truck first: suspension lift must fall between 0 and 3 inches, and the rear u-bolts must be in the normal position, installed from above the axle rather than under it. Long-wheelbase trucks are excluded. The install requires drilling, and a downloadable Rough Country installation guide is available to walk through it.
