2-Inch FT-Code Leveling Kit, fitment-checked
The 8595 pairs forged, indexed torsion bar keys with shock extension brackets, so the factory shocks stay on the truck and still work through the new travel range. It covers 2001-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD models carrying an FT RPO code. Trucks with yellow, tan, or purple factory keys are not covered. A torsion bar unloading tool (Rough Country 1067) is required.
Where a plain key kit leaves the factory shocks slightly short on travel, this one adds extension brackets so the originals bolt back up in the right position. The keys themselves are forged and indexed, which holds the front-end geometry inside the window the factory arms were designed around. Applications run across 2001-2010 Silverado and Sierra HD trucks in 4WD and RWD, including the 2007 Classic. Confirm the RPO code in your glovebox first and plan on a torsion bar unloading tool for removal. A downloadable installation guide is available.
