Rough Country 21650_A carries the 6-inch geometry over to the 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD, with left- and right-specific Vertex 2.5 adjustable front shocks and two 7-inch Vertex 2.5 rears. Trail Boss and ZR2 trucks are not covered, and factory wheels are not compatible.
Start with the wheels: a 6-inch lift kit on the 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD needs aftermarket wheels of 20 inches or more, and they have to carry 4.5in backspacing. Budget for a 0.25 inch spacer if your test fit comes up tight.
