Hollow rather than solid at 35mm, which is how a bar gets stiffness without the weight — and the Delrin bushings remove the compliance a rubber bush would add back.

Two details make this more than a thicker bar. Hollow construction at 35mm gives stiffness for less weight than a solid bar of the same rate, and Delrin bushings are effectively rigid where rubber ones deflect, so more of the bar's stiffness actually reaches the chassis. It is a rear bar only, so it will shift the car's balance rather than simply reduce roll.
