Tailgate Mounted Tire Carrier for Jeep Wrangler JL

Tailgate Mounted Tire Carrier, fitment-checked

Tailgate mounted, which is the Wrangler answer. The factory hinges were never sized for a big spare, and a reinforced carrier is what makes one workable.

Coverage is the Jeep Wrangler from 2018 to 2021. A larger spare puts leverage on the tailgate hinges that the factory arrangement was not designed for, which is the reason carriers like this exist. DV8 lists a bed-mounted stand-up mount for the Gladiator instead, since a truck has somewhere else to put it. Two installation documents are available to download. 32 lb boxed.
