Forged aluminum upper control arms for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma in 4WD and RWD, with the ball joint angle corrected for lifted geometry. The one-piece forging has no welded seams, and the POM ball joints swing through a wider arc than the factory pressed joints allow. Grease the ball joint before the first drive.
On a lifted Tacoma the factory upper arm runs its ball joint near the end of its travel, and that is where binding and premature wear start. These arms correct the joint angle so it works in the middle of its range instead. The body is forged aluminum in one piece, so there is no weld to become the failure point, and the POM joints make assembly easier as well as giving more motion. One step to not skip: grease the ball joint before use.
