Rough Country 501083 is a pair of N3 leveling struts for 2004–2008 Ford F-150 RWD trucks, shipped with the coil already loaded so no spring compressor work is needed. They cannot be stacked with a strut spacer, and they do not fit seven-lug Heavy Duty Payload trucks or 2004 Heritage models. Covered by a 3 Year Limited Warranty.
Fitment here runs across the 2004–2008 Ford F-150 RWD range, from XL and STX up through Lariat, King Ranch, Limited, and the Harley-Davidson Edition. Because the coil arrives pre-loaded on the strut, the swap is a bolt-in job most owners plan around 2-3 hours in the driveway. Check two things before ordering: the truck cannot already run a strut spacer, and seven-lug Heavy Duty Payload and 2004 Heritage trucks are outside the fitment.
