This is the two-wheel-drive answer for a 2009–2013 Ford F-150: a stock-height loaded strut pair covering FX2, XL, XLT, STX, Lariat, Lariat Limited, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited, and the Harley-Davidson Edition. Each unit ships preloaded, so no spring compressor is needed. Trucks with the Heavy Duty Payload Package (seven-lug hubs) are excluded, and a strut spacer cannot remain in the assembly. 3 Year Limited Warranty.
Sold for the 2009–2013 Ford F-150 RWD, this kit contains a stock-height loaded strut pair. Coil and damper already married, so the front corners come apart and go back together without a spring compressor. Valving is velocity sensitive and matched to the application, running a nitrogen charge and a 1 3/8-Inch bore behind a silver powder coat. Trucks carrying the Heavy Duty Payload Package with seven-lug hubs are outside the fitment, and the struts are not meant to sit on top of a spacer. Figure 1-2 hours. Shipping weight: 61.0 lb.
