This vibration or shutter exist due to the design of the motor and differential mounts and is inherent in the vehicle. This vibration or shutter may be more pronounced after a leveling kit is installed due to additional torque from modified driveshaft angles. N3 rear shock absorbers come with the kit, and the added height clears 33-inch tires. Mega Cab trucks are not covered, since those ride on a 2500-series frame and suspension.
This 2.5-inch lift kit for the 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD bolts on without modifications to the truck and keeps the factory ride character while adding ground clearance for 33-inch tires. N3 rear shocks are part of the package, and N3 loaded front struts are offered separately if you want to refresh the front end at the same time. Check the fitment list first: Mega Cab trucks fall outside coverage. Rough Country also flags that the front-end shudder some unlifted Ram trucks show under hard acceleration in four-wheel drive can be more noticeable afterward.
