About this part
Dual Steering Stabilizer, fitment-checked
Rough Country 87307 is a dual steering stabilizer for the 1987–1995 Jeep Wrangler 4WD, built around a chrome-hardened 18mm piston rod. It fits only Wranglers already running 4 to 6.5 inches of suspension lift and retaining the factory steering setup. Bolt-on installation, estimated at 1-2 hours.
This dual steering stabilizer for the 1987–1995 Jeep Wrangler 4WD covers Base, S, SE, Sport, Laredo, Sahara, Renegade, Islander, and Rio Grande submodels — but only those with 4 to 6.5 inches of suspension lift and unmodified factory steering components. Doubling up the dampers settles wheel feedback over washboard and rock, trims bump steer, and takes load off the tie rod ends and ball joints. The 18mm piston rod is chrome hardened. Mounting is bolt-on with an estimated 1-2 hours of shop time, and a downloadable Rough Country installation guide is available before you start.
