Both ends in one kit, which matters on a sway bar more than on most parts: changing roll stiffness at one end alone shifts the car's balance rather than simply reducing roll.

Sway bars work as a pair. Fit a stiffer front bar on its own and the car understeers more; do the rear alone and it does the opposite. This kit supplies both bars with their bushings, which is why it is the safer starting point. Coverage is the GM G-body family (Buick Regal including the Grand National and GNX, Chevrolet Malibu and Monte Carlo, Oldsmobile Cutlass and Pontiac Grand Prix) with spans starting in 1978 and ending at different points depending on the badge.
