1500 Classic lift kits: the older truck, sold new
The 1500 Classic is the previous-generation Ram, built and sold alongside its own replacement for several years. That is the most useful thing to know before ordering: a lift kit or leveling kit for the current body will not fit it, and the parts that do fit are the ones listed for the earlier truck whatever the model year on the title says.
Underneath, the coil-sprung rear shapes the job. There is no block-and-U-bolt shortcut back there, so raising the rear means coil springs or spacers made for it and rear shocks long enough to suit. The front follows the usual pattern, with upper control arms appearing once the height passes what the factory arms can hold. Every kit here is matched to the 1500 Classic's own application data rather than to the current truck's. The list comes to 25 kits.
