This 3rd brake light extension for the 2007–2017 Jeep Wrangler fits the two- and four-door submodels listed in the fitment section, from Sport and X up through Sahara, Rubicon, and the 70th and 75th Anniversary editions, in both 4WD and RWD. It relocates the factory lamp outward to clear a spare tire as large as 35 in, so the brake light is not blocked by a taller carrier setup. The factory light and its wiring are reused.
