It will not work on Auto Ride or Auto Leveling trucks, or on models with electric steering, and AWD vehicles need driveline conversion work before the kit can go on.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2007-2014 Chevy Tahoe, Suburban 1500 and GMC Yukon, Yukon XL 1500 and Yukon XL 2500 ships as a boxed kit: main lift box, knuckles, a high-clearance crossmember box, a loaded 5-inch strut pair with the coils already assembled, and a high-load rear component. The crossmember keeps the factory differential mounts, drivetrain and exhaust in place, so no modification is needed there.
