Rough Country 28101 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2007-2014 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban 1500 plus GMC Yukon and Yukon XL models in 4WD and RWD. Wheels must measure 18 inches or larger. It will not work on Auto Ride or Auto Leveling trucks, or on models with electric steering, and AWD vehicles need driveline conversion work before the kit can go on.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2007-2014 Chevy Tahoe, Suburban 1500 and GMC Yukon, Yukon XL 1500 and Yukon XL 2500 ships as a boxed kit: main lift box, knuckles, a high-clearance crossmember box, a loaded 5-inch strut pair with the coils already assembled, and a high-load rear component. The crossmember keeps the factory differential mounts, drivetrain and exhaust in place, so no modification is needed there.
