Rough Country 778 is a bolt-on front skid plate for 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited models in 4WD and RWD. Formed from 3/16-inch plate steel, it takes the place of the factory plastic underbody panel and carries a laser-cut Rough Country logo. It works with the plastic factory front bumper only — Hard Rock and 75th Anniversary bumpers are not supported.

This front skid plate for the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler fits Sport, Sport S, X, Sahara, Rubicon, and 70th Anniversary trims, including the Unlimited versions of those trims, in both 4WD and RWD. It bolts into place of the factory plastic front panel, so the 3/16-inch steel plate takes the hits instead. Before ordering, confirm your Jeep still wears the plastic factory front bumper; Hard Rock and 75th Anniversary bumpers are outside this application.
