Rough Country 795 is a two-piece gas tank skid plate set for the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-Door in 4WD and RWD. It works alongside the factory gas tank skid plate rather than taking its place, and it does not fit 2-door Wranglers.
This gas tank skid plate for the 2007-2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4-Door adds a front and rear plate cut from 3/16-inch steel, bolted on to shield the tank from rocks and trail debris. Fitment covers Unlimited Sport, Sport S, X, Sahara, Rubicon, and the 70th and 75th Anniversary editions in both 4WD and RWD. Keep the factory skid plate in place — these panels are made to run with it, not instead of it. Rough Country lists installation at 1-3 hours, and a downloadable installation guide is available.
