This is the straightforward route for a JK whose steering has gone vague: one cylinder, factory mounting points, no brackets to add. The boot is included rather than sold separately, which is not true of every kit in Skyjacker's range. Finish is white with a red boot. Coverage is the 2007-2017 Wrangler in 4WD and the 2018 Wrangler JK across Sport, Sahara and Rubicon. At 3.82 lb boxed it is a quick job. A Jeep on much larger tires may have outgrown a single damper — the dual kits exist for that.
