A complete inner and outer tie rod replacement for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco 4WD, sold as a pair so one kit does the whole axle. The assemblies are 57% larger than the factory pieces, with forged SAE1045 outer rods, heat-treated 4140 ball studs, and greaseable ends. Bronco Raptor is not covered, and an alignment is required once the kit is on.
This kit replaces both inner and outer tie rods on the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco 4WD: Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Badlands, Wildtrak, Everglades, and the Heritage and Stroppe editions. Raptor models fall outside the fitment. The outer rods are forged SAE1045 steel on heat-treated 4140 ball studs, the inner shafts are 4140 with an SAE1045 housing, and 22mm threads handle toe adjustment. It works with lift up to 7 in but not with 5-7 in strut spacer kits; on a 5-7 in lift, run an 18 in or larger wheel. Budget about 1 hour, then align the vehicle.
