This 4.5-inch lift kit for the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ covers listed submodels from Base and SE through Laredo, Limited, Sport, Pioneer, Chief, Classic, Country, and Briarwood, in 4WD and RWD. Ride height comes from 4.5-inch front coils and a rear add-a-leaf spring pack, which raises the front to sit level with the rear and opens up ground clearance for obstacles. Control arms use Clevite OEM-style rubber bushings. Shock packages are offered in N3, M1, or V2 monotube form depending on the ride you want.
