Rough Country 38330 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2019–2024 Ram 2500 4WD models with a diesel engine. The kit pairs replacement driver and passenger radius arms with front and rear dual-rate coil springs, a track bar bracket, a transfer case clocking ring, and two pairs of N3 shocks. It does not fit Power Wagon or air-ride models, and minor cutting is part of the job.

This 5-inch lift kit for the 2019–2024 Ram 2500 4WD covers Tradesman through Limited Longhorn trims, including Big Horn, Laramie, Lone Star, Rebel, and Special Service applications listed in the fitment section, and only diesel-engine trucks qualify. Front and rear dual-rate coils raise the truck while the radius arms hold a closer-to-factory arm angle on rubber bushings, and the track bar bracket keeps the front axle centered. The transfer case comes out so the clocking ring can be fitted for front driveline geometry, and minor cutting is required.
