Rough Country 38340 is a 5-inch lift kit for compatible 2019–2024 Ram 2500 4WD trucks, built around dual-rate front and rear coil springs, replacement radius arms, and M1 monotube shocks. Diesel models only. It does not fit Power Wagon or air-ride-equipped trucks, and the install calls for minor cutting plus transfer case removal to fit the clocking ring.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2019–2024 Ram 2500 4WD fits diesel trucks only, covering Tradesman through Limited Longhorn along with Special Service applications shown in the fitment section. Front and rear dual-rate coil springs work with application-valved M1 monotube shock pairs, while driver and passenger radius arms hold a more factory-like arm angle on rubber bushings and a track bar bracket keeps the front axle centered. Plan on pulling the transfer case to install the clocking ring that corrects front driveline geometry, and on minor cutting. Mega Cab trucks with a two-piece driveshaft and carrier bearing may show take-off vibration. Shipping weight: 337.5 lb.
