Rough Country 391.23 is a 5-inch lift kit for 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 4WD models with gas engines. The kit pairs front coils, drop brackets, and 3/4-inch black U-bolts with an N3 series shock kit. It does not fit dually or Power Wagon models, and minor drilling is part of the install.

This 5-inch lift kit for the 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 4WD covers Laramie, SLT, ST, and Sport trims, plus the TRX4 on the 2500. Fitment is limited to gas engine trucks — dually and Power Wagon models are outside the range. Control arm drop brackets hold the arms at a shallower angle for smoother street manners, and a track bar bracket keeps the front axle centered under the truck.
