The kit pairs diesel-rated front coils with N3 series shocks, control arm drop brackets, a track bar bracket, and U-bolts. It does not fit dually or Power Wagon models, and minor drilling is part of the install.
This 5-inch lift kit for the 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 4WD fits diesel engine models only — dually and Power Wagon trucks are excluded. Coverage spans the ST, SLT, Sport, Laramie, and TRX4 submodels listed in the fitment section. The drop brackets bring the control arms back toward a flatter working angle, and the track bar bracket re-centers the front axle under the added height.
